Kalikot folks happy with Chand-led party joining peaceful activities

Folks in Kalikot are found happy with the three-point agreement forged between Government and the Netra Bikram Chand-led party. The adversely affected district Kalikot during a decade long Maoist insurgency now is found happy with the new political beginning by the Chand-led party.
