NCP belongs to Kattel, says Supreme Court

The Supreme Court issued a verdict that 'Nepal Communist Party' (NCP) belongs to leader Rishi Kattel. Justices duo Bam Kumar Shrestha and Kumar Regmi delivered the decision this afternoon.
