The Supreme Court (SC), in its verdict Sunday, has given recognition to the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Rishi Ram Kattel.

A joint bench of Justices Bam Kumar Shrestha and Kumar Regmi, after hearing the case, issued the final verdict on Sunday.

The final verdict was issued on the case related to the dispute surrounding the name of Nepal Communist Party (NCP).
