Speaker Sapkota's ruling to remove indecent word from record

Kathmandu- Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has ordered removing the word 'mentally and physically not fit' used by a lawmaker in the meeting of House of Representatives on Thursday from the record of the Parliament Secretariat. 

Soon after the beginning of today's HoR meeting, Chief Whip of the CPN (UML), Bishal Bhattarai, demanded to remove the word from the record of the parliament, saying a lawmaker used indecent and unparliamentary word to another lawmaker.
