The Kathmandu Valley has witnessed 429 new cases of coronavirus on Sunday proving itself as a corona hub in the country.

According to Prof. Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, the spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population, Kathmandu witnessed 372 cases, Bhaktapur 45 and Lalitpur 12.

The alarming increase of coronavirus case and the deaths caused by the pandemic has made people ponder on the measures taken by the government and the safety measures adopted at the community level as well.
