Food industry evading tax worth over Rs 90 million

A food industry based in Ratnanagar-8 in Chitwan district has been found evading taxes worth over Rs 90 million in cahoots with two others. The Department of Revenue Investigation has registered a case at the High Court at Patan, Lalitpur against Shivashakti Food Industry's proprietor Dinesh Kumar Agrawal along with his two accomplices.

The Department has charged the trio of evading taxes worth over Rs 92.7 million seeking jail term along with penalty equivalent to the evaded amount.
