Fresh water to flow in Bagmati river in Shivaratri

A plan is afoot to flow fresh water in the Bagmati River on the day of Mahashivaratri festival this Thursday. The water from Melamchi that was channeled to Sundarijal will be diverted into the river. The Ministry of Drinking Water shared a plan to flow clean water in the Bagmati where many revelers will take holy dip on the day.
