Country records over thousand cases of COVID-19 on Monday

The COVID-19 cases were found increasing steadily in the country of late. Meanwhile, 1,281 new cases were registered on Monday itself. According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr Jageshwar Gautam, 1,281 infections were identified while conducting PCR tests on 7,100 individuals. Spokesperson Gautam further shared that Kathmandu valley alone recorded 634 cases today. According to the Ministry, total case load in the country has reached 285,900 till today.
