Attorney General Badal administered oath

Newly-appointed Attorney General Ramesh Badal on Sunday took the oath of office and secrecy from Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JBR. A swearing-in ceremony was held at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas in the presence of President, Vice-President and other dignitaries. Badal was appointed as the Attorney General after Agni Kharel resigned from the post last week. The Attorney General is the legal advisor to the Prime Minister and the government.
