Isolation ward with oxygen therapy constructed

Baglung municipality has constructed 35-bed isolation ward along with oxygen therapy at Ratamata after cases of corona virus started increasing all of sudden in the municipality area. Mayor Janak Raj Poudel said that they constructed the isolation ward after beds allocated for Covid-19 infected people at Dhaulagiri Hospital are filled with patients. He said, “Now, we have prepared 35-bed isolation ward and they would extended its capacity if number of Covid-19 infected people increased.” Meanwhile, a 15-bed isolation ward along with oxygen therapy has been brought into operation at Tokha municipality from today. Deputy-Mayor Gyanmaya Dangol shared that the 15-bed isolation ward with oxygen therapy has been brought into operation at Tokha Primary Health Centre. The isolation ward would receive corona virus infected people from today itself, she added.
